Watermelon Palm Wine Punch Watermelon Palm Wine Punch: Pick yourself up with this aperitif muddled with palm tree segments and melon cubes. The ideal pick-me-up for the discerning drinker after a hard day’s work. Yield: 2 Servings • • • • • 6 cup of watermelon cubes (seeds removed) 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 cups of Palm wine 1/4 cup raspberry liquor Instructions Place watermelon cubes, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour through a strainer to remove the pulp. Place strained liquid in a glass jug and stir in the raspberry liquor and palm wine. Place the glass jug in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to serve, pour the mix into a calabash ( or any glass of your choice ) Toss in some edible flowers for some tropical flair.
