Outdoor Skills Summit
at Camp Redwing
Volunteers: Step up your outdoor skills! This hands-
on training weekend will go beyond the basic eight
to help build your confidence in outdoor skills and
offer different ways to teach outdoor skills to girls of
all ages. Have fun, learn new skills, and network with
other troop leaders at camp.
Join us for one wild time! The Girl Scouts are taking
over the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. Prepare for
a day of fun activities with your favorite animals and
some Girl Scout exclusives.
SEPTEMBER 21-23, 2018
Journeypalooza
at Camp Redwing
Join us at Journeypalooza and get a head start on the
new Girl Scout year! Take a deep dive into a Journey
course for the weekend while also enjoying the camp
activities you love. At the end of the weekend, you’ll
be well on your way to earning your Journey awards
and preparing to take action in your community!
Journeypalooza includes food, lodging, a fun patch—
and a weekend of amazing experiences.
OCTOBER
Camp Creepy
It’s not an autumn breeze or cold feet that are
raising goose bumps at Girl Scout camp this
October—it’s the haunting Halloween happening
called Camp Creepy!
Come to these annual festivals and enjoy Halloween-
themed games, crafts, trick-or-treating, a haunted
hike, and other activity stations created and run by
Girl Scouts themselves. Of course, you can make
s’mores and hear stories at the campfire, too!
Bring the whole family and have a boo-last!
