Is your troop new to camping , or do you just want to kick back , have fun and let us take care of the details ?
Try Troop Core Camp !
Troop Core Camping is a partnership between the troop volunteers and our camp staff . Here ’ s how it works . Troop Leaders and Troop Committee volunteers sign up to attend a core camp session with girls from their troop . They provide enough council-approved volunteers to supervise the girls and meet volunteer-to-girl ratios . Our camp staff will provide meals and coordinate all of the activities throughout the day and evening .
All adults must be council-approved volunteers who meet all screening requirements . Each troop must meet volunteer-to-girl ratios per the Camping Safety Activity Checkpoint and council staff do not count in this ratio .

Conshatawba Adventures Camp Conshatawba
Calling all adventurists ! Join us for this two-night Troop Core Camp as you experience all the adventurous activities Conshatawba has to offer ! Unite as a team to support and encourage each other on one of our challenge courses . Try new cooking techniques over a crackling fire . Take a hike through Old Catawba . Wade through Laurel Run . Take your aim at the archery range and then relax by the pool . Challenge course options depend on grade level , grades 1-3 ( bouldering wall ), grades 2-3 ( climbing wall ) and grades 4 and up ( climbing wall and zip line ).
Girls Grades : 1-12 Session 1 : June 30-July 2 , Fri . 7 p . m . -Sun . 11 a . m . ( 2 nights ) Session 2 : Aug . 4-6 , Fri . 7 p . m . -Sun . 11 a . m . ( 2 nights ) Cost : $ 130 per person
Hawaiian Luau Camp Hawthorne Ridge
Want to enjoy some fun in the sun ? It ’ s pool party time ! Get ready to be treated to a Hawaiian-inspired dinner and dance party , too . You ’ ll also have time for other camp activities like archery , hiking in the gorge , gaga ball and arts & crafts . This session is great for multilevel troops .
Girls Grades : 1-12 Dates : July 21-23 , Fri . 7 p . m . -Sun . 11 a . m . ( 2 nights ) Cost : $ 125 per person
Horse Lovers Camp Skymeadow
Not a lot of riding experience ? Not a problem ! Let the barn staff give you a lesson in our beautiful arena . Learn about your equine friends and hang out at the barn ! You ’ ll have plenty of time for all the other awesome camp activities — swimming , archery , canoeing and naturing !
