Leadership CAMP These leadership programs give Girl Scouts more than just amazing camp memories. Our newly restructured programs are designed to overlay uniquely built Girl Scout leadership training with the best summer camp experiences. The result? Real-world, hands-on leadership skills that will stay with her through her next adventure and beyond. LEADERSHIP PROGRAM STEP-BY-STEP t! S tar 8 More skills to help her take the lead in life EXCLUSIVELY DESIGNED for Seniors and Ambassadors These special programs are progressive and age-specific. To get even more out of these programs, we encourage girls to attend the programs at all GSWPA camps for the benefit of learning in diverse environments. Multiple sessions are not required to progress through the program, but the more practice, the better! CITs will receive feedback and guidance from camp staff to help them continue to build their leadership skills. Girls are encouraged to continue building their leadership skills throughout the school year by volunteering during weekends at camp or with younger people in their community before applying.
