Sci-Fi Spectacular A camp for every bookworm, comic book nerd, and movie geek! Do you have what it takes to shoot like Katniss? Are you divergent like Tris? Can you save the world like an Avenger? Come out to camp for a week of challenges that you’ll tackle just like your favorite characters. Challenge someone to an archery shooting contest, learn to geocache for an epic scavenger hunt, solve the puzzles of the low ropes course, and dive into a water challenge at the pool. With each obstacle your team overcomes, you earn clues to save Conshatawba from the powers that threaten to overrun us. Are you ready to be the hero of your own story? Entering Grades: 4-8 Dates: July 14-19, Sun.–Fri. (5 nights) Cost: $350 per person Summer Bucket List Are you ready for the most memorable summer ever? Do you have a list of must-dos before school starts? Dive into a packed week of Camp Conshatawba’s musts for a summer bucket list. Don’t forget to bring your own ideas to make this the most unforgettable summer ever! All participants must be at least 14 years of age. » » » » » » » » » » Visit a water/amusement park. Go swimming. Have an outside movie night. Sleep under the stars. Go stand-up paddleboarding on a river. Visit our favorite ice cream stand. Go mini golfing. Stay up late and sleep in. Have an ultimate water balloon fight. Bike to a National Park historic site. Entering Grades: 8-12  Dates: July 14-19, Sun.-Fri. (5 nights) Cost: $425 per person  Camp Chef Bon appetit! Camp chefs are needed for a week of baking, cooking, and creating. Take to the kitchen to whip up your favorite recipes, learn the science of baking, and even try some international cuisine. Once you’re comfortable in the kitchen, move outdoors to some advanced outdoor cooking techniques to feed your unit and your curiosity. Wrap up the week by preparing dinner, and let the whole camp sample your creations. Entering Grades: 6-10 Dates: July 21-26, Sun.–Fri. (5 nights) Cost: $350 per person  Cycle and Shoot Pair up two great camp activities as you learn to shoot air rifles and go on exciting bike trips. Spend time on the rifle range learning all the basics of gun safety and shooting techniques, then challenge your friends to a marksmanship competition. After you’ve mastered the range, head out of camp for a pedal through the oldest railroad tunnel in the USA! Don’t forget all your other camp favorites, like swimming, gaga ball, and archery. Entering Grades: 4-8  Dates: July 21-26, Sun.-Fri. (5 nights) Cost: $350 per person  Little House on Laurel Run Step back in time for some historic fun at Camp Conshatawba. Along the way, learn all the skills of the pioneers, like making your own candles and toys, cooking meals outside, leathercraft, and navigational skills.
