GSSNE 2018 ANNUAL REPORT Girl Scouts_2019_ Annual Report_FINAL_reduced2 | Page 3

2018 Board of Directors Our founder, Juliette "Daisy" Gordon Low once said, “The work of today is the history of tomorrow and we are its makers." A special task included in our “work of today” is developing plans for the 100th Anniversary in 2021 of Camp Hoffman— the nation's third oldest Girl Scout camp! And finally, we are most excited that our efforts towards building membership resulted in a membership increase for the first time in many years! We ask everyone who reads this message to help us continue this important endeavor. We can’t do it without you! As always, thank you for your commitment to developing girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place, by being adults who model our mission and lift girls up to do the same. This is important work and we are proud to partner with you in making GSSNE a stronger council. Enjoy this look back on 2018!
