Carter Scott, with the rest of the elementary cross-country members, stretch their shoulders during the ‘Elephant Game’. After they stretch, Carter felt excited to run up Yeongheung Forest. 2. During the ‘Ultimate Frisbee Game’, Rishy Rajkumar immediately runs towards JJ Hahm and jumps as high as he can to block the pass. Afterwards, Rishy Rajkumar was able to score. 3. As lower secondary cross-country members warm-up, Coach Katherine Johnson and Bowen Song prepare for the upcoming KAIAC race. Later on, they ran up to the Yeungheung Forest and timed their run. 4. All the lower secondary cross-country members and coaches includ- ing: Coach Freeman, Saimon Sonny, JJ Hahm, Jimmy Sim, Carter Scott, Masataka Shimokawa, and Coach Kaiser run towards Yeongheung For- est. Before the run, they lightly jogged around the soccer field to warm-up. 5. Before playing ‘Ultimate Frisbee’, Thomas Kaiser, Christian Park, and Carter Scott stretch together. In order to stretch their muscles and warm their bodies, they did jumping jacks, push-ups, and lunges. 6. The athletes practice for their upcoming race by racing against their teammates. Rishy Rajku- mar and JJ Hahm ran as fast as they could as soon as the whistle sounded. 7. Coach Kaiser instructs the game ‘Lollipop’, where athletes run up and down Yeongheung Forest as fast as they can. He then repeated the route for the mem- bers, in case they got lost. 74 Fall Sports
