1. The Sophomore Class cheer for their fellow classmates as they are rec- ognized for their athletic achievements. The different sports teams were brought in front of everyone to celebrate the end of the sea- son. 2. Christine Kim and Alice Park wave purple and gold pom-poms as they get excited to welcome the student body. The Student Council Association was in charge of organizing all events for the pep rally. 3. As a farewell to the varsity tennis seniors, Mr. Evans performs a home-made rap set to the beat of “Rap God” by Eminem. Mr. Ev- ans gave himself the pseudonym “Rap-bot”, because he raps “like a robot.” 4. Jackie Kim, Jennifer Kim, and Cindy Jung shout as loud as they can during the grade cheer competition. Grades 6-12 competed to see which class could cheer the loudest. 5. As the Student Council Association leads the school cheer, they chant first and then the classes follow after them. This pep rally turned out to be one of the shortest ever, be- ing only 40 minutes. 6. Jin Back and Clara Shin laugh out loud as they shake their hand clappers. The purple and gold hand clappers were provided at the beginning of the Pep Rally, along with pom- poms. 7. SCA Secretary, Jun Woo Kang directs the audience by encouraging them to cheer as loud as they can. Jun Woo urged his fellow Knights to demonstrate school spirit through this action. 8. Sarah Jin, Jun Lee, Diana Kim, Dongin Kwak, Caelan Hodge, and Jin Yoon cheer with excessive energy. The grade with the loudest cheer won a handful of candy. 57
