It is hard to run every week however, as the time improves I feel successful. The process of getting faster helps me to get my body in shape for the next sports season, such as basketball and soccer. Fall Sports and Activities 9 th Grade I decided to choose cross country as my fall sport because I wanted to continue improving in this sport starting from seventh grade. Also, even though cross country is a individual runner type of sport, cross country h as a stronger bond between the teammates. I like cross country because it gives me a chance to work out everyday and stay fit. Cross country can also relieve stress after long school hours.
