Jason Park and Brian Bae read over the lyrics for the song “Have your- self a Merry Christmas”. For the Christmas Concert that was coming up, the students worked on singing in harmony and having right pitch to create balance. 2. Jade Hughes practices for the Winter 2 Concert. As harmony is an important factor in strings performances, the students attentively listened to each other while playing and watched the teacher con- ducting the piece. 3. Teddy Kwon, Jun Park, and Changmin Moon, who are students of the Singing Valentine, harmonize to the song, “Just The Way You Are”. 4. Taehyung Kim plays the clarinet in preparation for his solo perfor- mance in MYP Music 9. 5 . Jun Park 5 reads over his part with the direction of Mrs. Choi  for the song, “Just The Way You Are”. This was for the Singing Valentines performance in February. 6. Jenny Kim plays a rhythm game with her peers before playing her instrument. The students in the class play exciting games to warm up. This allows them to get their body and mind focused and ready for rehearsal . 7 . Percussionists, Christopher Lee and Tivan George keep beat to the song “Fanfare for the third planet” by Richard L. Saucedo. In preparation for the Music festival, students  prepared total three songs which, included “Mighty Mighty” and “Salvation is Creat- ed” by Chesnokov. 7 Kona Bru msickle 41
