The students quickly filled up their water guns and fled as Mr. Lee continued to splash any student who attempted to fill up their water gun from that pool. 3 Playing during recess, Chloe Suh and Irene Han lock arms with one another and pretend they are on a dance floor performing the tango. Evelyn Anderson led the fourth grade girls into this dance session by showing them ballet positions and arms. 2. During the annual SEW water fight, Kai Thomas throws water at Andy Umeda using a cone. Andy was so startled that he threw his own water cone away. Students of all ages took part in the water fight. 3. Leading the elementary students in the song ‘God of Angel Armies,’ Ivy Kim, Jacob Jung, and Daniel Jung sing on the stage during worship time. The praise teams were led by Mrs. Kilgore, who also led the students in arm and body movements. 4. Circling around the pool and filling up their water guns, Ayushi Gupta, Philip Cho, Junseok Kim, Sooyoung Bae, Rein Gugol, and Raiki Sodeokai ready themselves for the com- mencement of the annual elementary water fight. Preschool students Cian Harding, Ria Kishimoto, Grace Laroche, Oliver Porter, Scott Sandefur, and Jose Ward clap their hands together like alligators. During Ms. Schneider’s chapel time she taught the students arm movements to the following prayer: “I am the head and not the tail,” reminding students they are to be leaders for Christ. 6. Ashley Nam and Jinju Hughes cheer in their house megaphone and encourage the green team, the Bukhansan Bears, to chant. All students in the green team screamed their house name and punched their fists in the air, cheering. 7. On the first day of SEW, while students were turning in their team game tickets for prizes, Petra Thomas played with her team flag while Mr. Coleman held onto it. Mrs. Fran Lee collects Xing Shen Liu’s ticket as he claims his prize. Takaomi Isa, Summer Freeman, Dhruv Bhardwaj, Rishy Rajkumar, and Joel Varghese surrounded the table and examined the various prizes such as the rings, erasers, pencils, bracelets, silly glasses, and gliders. 9. Dharshwana Muralidhuran and Gayatri Vadapalli spend time in mixed teams reading books. Gayatri read a book with two stories: ‘What Mommies do Best’ and ‘What Daddies do Best.’ In order to read the other story, she had to flip the book upside down. 10. Standing next to one another in chapel, Martin Kim and Joshua Laroche follow the hand gestures of Ms. Schneider, the chapel speaker.
