1. Chris Jung serves a piece of pumpkin pie
to his customers. His booth, represented the
organization: Thoughts About North Korea (TANK).
They sold pumpkin pie, cheesecake, and other baked
goods made by Mrs. Choe. 2. Euna Chang and Tom Nam
high five each other as they play Bingo. After the game, the
performance had a ten-minute intermission.

3. Dressed for
the occasion, Younglee Kim, Kelly Chang, and Anastasia Kim take a group selfie behind the GIN club booth. Christmas-themed accessories
were just one way GIN members contributed to the holiday spirit. At
a booth, they also sold snacks like S’mores, black bean tteokbokki, and
nachos. 4. Kelly Chang looks over her Bingo board for the called number. Winners were awarded prizes, one of which was an iPod Shuffle.
5. John Chey records a performance of the Great Eight, an eleventh
grade band with Teri Park, Cindy Kang, Grace Lee, Chris Jung, Sunny
Kim, David Kim, Tom Nam, and Loukas Kang. One of the largest bands
to perform in Acoustic Christmas, the Great Eight attracted the majority of eleventh graders, who cheered enthusiastically for their classmates. 6. As part of the Great Eight, Loukas Kang plays “Just the Way
You Are” by Bruno Mars on the piano. Loukas has played the piano
in many other school events. 7. Jin Weisser cradles José Ward in his
arms. Students from all grades interacted at this festive event. Faculty and non-GSIS students also joined in on the fun. 8. David Shin
and Tim Park sing “Don’t Like Being Solo” by Neighborhood. As the
performers could perform whatever they liked, the program was diverse, including ballads, rap, instrumental, and silly songs. 9. Janice
Min and Woojin Lee record a performance by Mr. Harding, Mr. Smith,
and Mr. Dalton. Students made the most of the rare opportunity
to watch and record teacher performances, which displayed humor and musical talent.
