le looks over his speech materials during Forensics club. To prepare for the tournaments, the club prepared speeches, such as “The Prodigy” by Richard Shelton, as well as monologues from plays, such as The Glass
Menagerie. 2. Jaime Suh practices her skit from The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams. In this American memory
play. Jaime played Laura Wingfield, a girl with an inferiority complex who collects glass figurines. 3. Using a still, Diana
Kim paints a scene from Lilo and Stitch. Art club members decided to create and sell paintings of cartoons for Acoustic
Christmas. 4. Tom Nam gathers his sticks to begin practicing. The Praise Team rehearsed after school every Thursday.
5. Noel Lee gestures with her electric guitar. By practicing regularly, Praise Team bonded closely throughout the year.
6. Sharon Cho paints the wall above the map. Art club students painted the walls of the classroom white to later paint
a mural. 7. Stephen Kill, Jinny Shin, Noel Lee, Grace Lee, Ms. Jimin Lee and Chris Jung bow their heads to pray after the
rehearsal. The songs rehearsed included “Our God” by Chris Tomlin and “Stronger” by Hillsong. 8. Jinny Shin maneuvers
a cord for her acoustic guitar. The musical skills honed every Thursday made for impressive performances during chapel.
9. Reina Kim recites her lines from The Glass Menagerie. She played Amanda Wingfield, a young Southerner. 10. With
the help of her friends Amy Kim and Chloe Kwak, Reeny Jeong paints the wall above the doorway for the mural.
