The best thing about teaching
at GSIS was the ease of building
amazing relationships with the students if you just took the time to listen
and be there for them, whether it be in
the classroom, sitting in the stands for a
bball game or whatever...they always made all
their interactions enjoyable. – Greg Walasek
The students that I have taught at GSIS are special
to me because they embodied everything that I hope
my two children will grow up to be: caring, intelligent,
hard-working, Christ-like young men and women who
desire to make a positive difference. - Darryl Harding
I see the illumination of words and actions through GSIS
students. They are bright, talented, driven, faithful, seeking,
encouraging, engaging, funny, caring, and strong. Most of all,
they make an indelible mark on the heart of any teacher
blessed to cross paths with them. - Melissa Lyons
