SKILLS & SAFETY ARENA
Exciting “edu-tainment” in the
Skills & Safety Arena at GROWS!
Pick up some new skills and compete for
valuable prizes in a safe and interactive
learning environment right on the expo
floor. North American Training Solutions
(NATS) – the leading safety education and
training organization for green industry
skilled trades – will be facilitating a jam-
packed program on all three days, giving
attendees the opportunity to try out state-
of-the-art equipment and techniques that
keep an industrial athlete in top perform-
ance condition.
Join in! In addition to practical training
sessions, our certified NATS Instructors
welcome audience participation in excit-
ing competitions and demos. If you’re
interested, please head to the Arena at
9:00 a.m. each morning to sign up for
specific events. All events are first-come,
first-served and there are limited slots
available.
Sessions run about 45 - 50 minutes.
Safety training credit is available.
Skills & Safety Arena Leaders
“The next time you step on a
job site, remember you are an
industrial athlete. In the same
way professional athletes must
keep their body in optimal shape
in order to negotiate a top salary,
properly caring for your body as
an athlete will not only make you
more productive and profitable,
it can also help to prevent a
career-ending injury.”
