Not only it is a delicious sweet treat but it has a few tricks in its recipe. In this workshop you will learn the whole process from scratch from professional chefs and have fun while learning how to make Pastel de Nata. • Welcome Dinner at one of the restaurants in Mercado da Ribeira • Return back to hotel Day 2: Sunday, April 8, 2018: LISBON - SINTRA - CASCAIS - LISBON • Meet private driver, Ryan Opaz and expert guide at the lobby and leave towards Sintra • Arrive and private walking guided tour to Sintra Historical center, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, with visit to Sintra National Palace and its old kitchens • Leave towards Cascais • Arrive and lunch at a fish restaurant located by the sea - O Pescador • Return back to Lisbon following the Cascais - Estoril Coastline • Arrive and drop-off • Dinner at Solar dos Presuntos • Return back to hotel Day 3: Monday, April 9, 2018: LISBON - AZEITÃO - ÉVORA -- LISBON • (early morning) Meet private driver and Ryan Opaz at the lobby and leave towards the Alentejo Region, and endless plain ‘spotted’ with Moorish Castles • 2 hours Private Zeitão Cheese Workshop: To complement any foodie day trip or wine tour in the Azeitão area we invite you to embark on a journey through the history and flavors of the Azeitão cheese. Visit a traditional cheese maker and learn the ancestral process of making this delicious sheep’s milk cheese.
