After a long, exhaustive search, and with the assistance provided by
SLIBCO and The Chamber, we feel fortunate to have found property in
the Valley View Industrial Park. We’re very excited to be able to stay
in Lackawanna County to grow and expand our company.
When family-owned Pasqualichio Brothers Inc. realized
that their current space was too small for their expanding
business, they reached out to SLIBCO to help find a new
space for their needs. The SLIBCO team suggested a parcel
of land at Valley View Business Park, allowing the company
to take advantage of a variety of tax breaks and incentives,
which helped them make their expansion dream a reality.
