NOW WHAT?
To become an elected official you are to be a visionary and have ideas
on where you want the community to go. It is your responsibility to get
others to believe in you and your visions. Unfortunately, having the
vision is not enough. In order to move forward elected officials must
work as a team. Creating a shared vision can focus a plan which then
makes implementation of core initiatives for a strong future possible
