Here she shares her experience at the event.
It was truly an honor to be a panelist speaker at the
same conference where the likes of Chelsea Clinton,
Serena Williams, Chef Cat Cora, Gabrielle Reece and
other highly respected women also spoke to share their
professional and career experiences to empower other
women.
Conferences like this help to educate those starting their
careers in social media, women looking for a career
change, and even for those who have been doing this
a while to gain new perspectives and exchange fresh
ideas. Its also an amazing opportunity to catch up with
friends.
As women, sometimes we tend to live in a box or try to
live up to unattainable expectations dictated by modern
society. Being a supermom, having perfect relationships,
managing the home, balancing career and life, we
forget how to enjoy being ourselves and living life with
inspiration to continue find our creative outlets and give
birth to amazing ideas.
I think women are naturally creative because, well, we
create human beings in our bodies! It is part of who we
are internally, in our souls. The world of social media
is creative, personal, lucrative and fulfilling if you
know how and why you want to use it. I was a great
experience to share my knowledge with other women
looking to start a career in social media, to enhance
their current careers, or just looking to find a fun and
new creative outlet in their lives.
