Instructions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Take a baking dish and place the squash in the dish, layering them. Then, pour the heavy cream over the squash.

Grate the Parmesan cheese over squash. Sprinkle the nutmeg, salt and fresh cracked pepper over the dish.

Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes unitl it forms a bubbly, cheesy crust. Let cool and serve.

1 pint heavy cream

3/4 grated fresh Parmesan cheese
