Mix all the ingredients and put on a few hours into the fridge, at the end add fruit and nuts. Dessert • • • • • • 2. It is a very healthy meal. Contains a lot of nutrients and gives energy for the whole day. DAGMARA GŁADYSZ 250 g of flour 4 eggs 1/2 of milk Salt Sugar 50 g of butter Preparation 1. Put the flour in a bowl with salt and sugar and make a well in the centre, add the eggs then start to mix. 2. When the mixture becomes thick, add the milk little by little, then we mix gently to avoid the lumps . When all the is mixed, the dough should be quite fluid. 3. Then add butter and mix. Cook the crepe (pancakes) on a hot stove (don't put oil because we put butter un the dough). 4. Put small ladleful of dough in the pan, making twisting motion to spread the dough. Put on the stove and when crêpe is colore. 5. It's time to turn it round and cook the second side. 6. The crepe is ready! Repeat until all the dough is used. You can fill the crêpe with ham, cheese, mushrooms, jam, Nutella, sugar.....or any other thing you like! KHEIRA BTH 88
