Preparation
Ingredients
1. First of all, put the flour on a table with sugar,
yeast and butter in the middle. Work the
dough for a while, add the eggs and work for
some minutes again. When you can see an
homogeneous dough cover it with film and let
it rest for about 20 minutes.
2. Cover the table with a bit of flour and make
the dough about ½ cm tall.
3. Whit the help of a glass try to make many
small discs. At the middle of everyone put the
jam and close them trying to make the form
you can see in the picture below.
4. Put the ravioli on oven paper on a baking tray,
put in in the oven, with just a bit of milk on the
top (better if you can apply it with a brush) and
let it cook for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Take off from the oven, put some powdered
sugar on the top and serve them. That’s all you
have to know about Ravioli,

100 grams of plum jam;
