8-10 muffins
210 g of flour
120 g of sugar
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking
powder
4 spoons of neutral
oil
1 dl of milk
1 egg
160 g of blue berries
4 snickers

Dessert
1. Set the oven to 200 Celsius and prepare the
muffin paper
2. Cut the snickers into tiny pieces.
3. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a big
bowl.
4. Whip oil, milk and egg together in another
bowl. Pour it into the flour mixture and stir it all
together.
5. Add snickers and blue berries.
6. Put the dough into the paper shapes - use 2
spoons.
7. Bake the muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
8. Let them cool off before you eat them
(for 10 muffins)
115g soft

• 60g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 85g flour
• 1tsp baking
powder
• 25g cocoa
• for decoration:
• 60g soft butter
• 40g powder

• 1tbsp milk

Preparation
1.Per heat the oven on 180°C.
2.Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl, until you get soft
mixture. Add eggs and mix.
3.Sift flour with backing powder and cocoa and mix again.
4.Put the mixture in the paper models and bake 18-20
minutes. When they are baked let them cool and prepare
the dressing.
5.Put the butter in the bowl and whisk until soft.
6.Add powder sugar and milk and mix.
7. Wait until the muffins are cool and
put the dressing on how ever you want
and decorate it with small chocolate
