FRANCE Ingredients • Patatoes • Onions • Smoked bacon SCHOOL: LYCEE ELIE CARTAN • One Reblochon (a famous cheese of Savoie) • Salt • Pepper Preparations 1. First cut potatoes, cook them with water. 2. While the potatoes are boiling, you cook the onions with the smoked bacon in a pan. 3. When all is ready put potatoes, onions then smoked bacon in a dish. 4. Then cut Reblochon in two parts and you put Reblochon in the dish above the mixture. 65 MARGAUX MICOUD 5.
