POLAND Ingredients • 500g cake flour • 2 cups warm water • 750g cottage cheese • 1 egg yolk • 16g vanilla sugar • Sugar to taste • 1g salt • Cinnamon • Butter SCHOOL: GIMNAZIUM NR 16 Z ODDZIALAMI INTEGRACYJNYMI IM. MARII KONOPNICKIEJ W KATOWICACH Preparation 35 1. In a bowl add flour and salt. Pour the warm water. Mix ingredients. Knead by hand. The dough should not stick your hands. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a cloth and set aside for 20 minutes. 2. Cottage cheese crush. Mix thoroughly with egg yolk, vanilla sugar and sugar. 3. Roll out the dough thinly. Circles cut out of it to put a spoonful of stuffing and glue the edges of the dumplings. 4. In a saucepan boil water with a little salt.
