1.
In a bowl add flour and salt. Pour the warm water. Mix
ingredients. Knead by hand. The dough should not stick your
hands. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a cloth and set
aside for 20 minutes.

Cottage cheese crush. Mix thoroughly with egg yolk, vanilla
sugar and sugar.

Roll out the dough thinly. Circles cut out of it to put a spoonful
of stuffing and glue the edges of the dumplings.
4.
In a saucepan boil water with a little salt. Dumplings cook in
batches approx 2 minutes from the rising to the surface.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.
5.
Serve with sugar and cinnamon.
