St. Mark’s group of schools has been associated with Asia Europe Classroom Network for almost a decade. In the last two decades, education has spread rapidly across the world, and allpervasive forces of globalization, technological advancement and innovation have transformed the dynamics and nuances of learning . I am happy to see that the maiden project “Grandma’s Kitchen” of St. Mark’s School, Janakpuri has received massive participation from students of over twenty countries. This e-book lives upto the mission of ASEF and is the testimony of collaborative learning through ICT where learners actively participate, respect and celebrate diversity. I am sure this project will be remembered not only for the artistic, intellectual and culinary skills of the students but also for their team work and enthusiasm. My heartiest congratulations to the Project Co-ordinators – Ms. Inderpreet Kaur Ahluwalia, Ms. Ritu Khurana and the students for their commendable involvement, commitment and hard work for making this project a huge success. I am sure leafing through this recipe book will be a pleasurable experience for the readers. MR. T.P. AGGARWAL CHAIRMAN ST. MARK’S SR. SEC. PUBLIC SCHOOL, JANAKPURI NEW DELHI, INDIA
