2 large boiled, mashed

Potatoes

1-2 green chilli (
chopped)

1tbsp coriander leaves (
finely chopped )
•
1cup gram flour
•
Salt to taste
•
Red chilli powder to
taste
•
1/4 tsp spice village
•
1/4 tsp turmeric
powder
•
Oil for frying

Preparation
1.
Add salt , chilli powder , spice village , coriander , and green chilli to mash potatoes and mix well.
2.
In a bowl of take a cup of gram flour , add turmeric powder, Little salt and chilli powder to it.
3.
Add little water bit by bit and mixing with hands make a batter (neither too thick nor too lose).
4.
Make a small balls of potato mixture.
5.
Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry them until the colour of balls are golden brown serve
hot aalu bonda with sauce.
