Fill a medium-sized pot with water and put it on a burner. When the water starts to boil put the pasta in the pot and let it cook. While the pasta is cooking take a pan and pour a sma ll quantity of oil in it. Cut the bacon in small pieces, put them in the pan and sauté them. Break an egg in a dish and add pepper, parmigiano and salt. When the pasta is cooked drain it and then put it again in the pot. Add the bacon and the egg and let it cook for 1 minute.
