PHILIPPINES SCHOOL : LORMA COLLEGES Ingredients • SPECIAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL 1 serving cooked embutido (pork or chicken), sliced into serving pieces • fresh eggs • ⅛ teaspoon salt • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper • 4 tablespoons cooking oil Preparation 1. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Beat until all ingredient are well blended. Set aside. 2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan. 3. While the oil is starting to heat-up, dip the sliced embutido into the beaten egg ALZEA ALVIAR mixture. Starter 4. Arrange the egg-coated embutido in the frying pan. 5. Fry in medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes per side. Make sure to turn the embutido over if it starts to turn brown. 6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with ketchup. 7. Share and enjoy 16
