DENMARK Ingredients • • • • • • • • • 6 slices of pork bellies 1/2 kg potatoes 4 cups milk 1 cup cream 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon sugar 1 bunch parsley Salt pepper SCHOOL : NORDSKOV SCHOOL Preparation 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender (but not mushy) 2. While potatoes boil fry bacon slices on a tefalpande until they are brown and crisp . ANDREAS EGEDE 3. Stir in milk, cream and cornstarch together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 4. 7 Let the sauce simmer down . Chop the parsley and place in pan. 5. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper. 6. Serve the fried pork with potatoes and parsley sauce Starter
