6 slices of pork bellies
1/2 kg potatoes
4 cups milk
1 cup cream
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bunch parsley
Salt
pepper

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender (but not mushy)

While potatoes boil fry bacon slices on a tefalpande until they are
brown and crisp .

3. Stir in milk, cream and cornstarch together in a saucepan and
bring to a boil.

Let the sauce simmer down . Chop the parsley and place in pan.

Add sugar and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the fried pork with potatoes and parsley sauce
