PREPARATION
3 or 4 potatoes
10 sliced ham
10 sliced
Cheese
3 eggs
Bacon
200 ml cream
olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
grated cheese
CARMEN
1. First put olive oil in a tray, cut up the
potatoes and put forming one layer, then
make a layer with cheese, other with
bacon and other with ham.
2. After repeat the same layer and finish
with layer of potatoes.
3. Now make a mix with eggs, cream, salt,
pepper, nutmeg and stir all.
4. Then put the mix in the lay, and put
grated cheese above and to finish put in
the oven 180 degrees and cover with
aluminum foil during 1 hour and it is
finish.
