With their innovative exhibit titled, ‘Fruit peel Formulations’, Surya Sankar and Aswathy V S of Grade 11 qualified at the CBSE Regional Science Exhibition, to represent Kerala in the National CBSE Science Exhibition which was held in February at Noida. The main theme of the exhibition was SCIENTIFIC SOLUTIONS FOR CHALLENGES IN LIFE. Faheem Mohammed of Grade 11 (GPS-I), Ge- rard James Parakkat of Grade 10 (GPS-I) and Anagha Arun Varma of Grade 11 (GPS-I) won gold, silver and bronze respectively at the Queen’s CommonWealth essay in the Senior category. Ja- cob Parayail and Malavika Menon received a cer- tificate of participation. The topic was “Towards a Common future”. Class of 2019, graduates with panache! The Class of 2019 graduated with elan in February in a solemn and grand ceremony presided over by Chief Guest, Capt. Rajkumar, SC, NM, Indian Navy. A fitting tribute was paid to all bravehearts including the Chief Guest, for risking their lives to rescue people during the floods in 2018. Our Champion teachers! It’s not only our students who have been making us proud, but also our teachers who have been win- ning laurels! At the CENTA (TPO) 2018 (Centre for Teacher Accreditation - Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad), Mrs. Lizy Thomas won 3rd rank at the NATIONAL Level in Senior Secondary Mathematics! Ms. Shalini Sidharthan secured the 3rd rank in Kerala region (Kerala & Lakshadweep) for Senior School Biology at the CENTA TPO 2018. Divya Divakar and Rosemary Georgie cleared the Google Certified Educator Level 1 online exam- inations.
