Proſ le GPJ: Who prompted you to take up golf out of all the other sports? JS: My Father has been my major motivation to take up golf. C WHAT’S IN YOUR BAG? Wedge Ball Iron Hybrid Putter Driver GPJ: How do you manage your time between golf and studies? JS:In the morning I go to school and in the afternoon, I go to play Golf. GPJ: What are your future plans? GPJ: Your advice to other Junior Golfers. JS: Do hardwork and no one can stop you from the success. D GPJ: Who prompted you to take up golf out of all the other sports? VM: My mother prompted me to take up golf. GPJ: How do you manage your time between golf and studies? VM: My golf lessons are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday so I ¿ nish all my homework on Friday and additionally I play on the course on Wednesday, which is a no home work day in School. GPJ: What has been the role of IGU? VM: I like IGU tournaments because they have perfect yardages as per category and I get to learn the rules of the game. I like that I can record my scores and get an of¿ cial handicap which gets updated every month. GPJ: What are your future plans? VM: In future I would like to be a pro golfer and for that I want to keep enjoying my game today. GPJ: Pastime beyond Golf VM: Playing piano GPJ: Awards and Achievements? VM: Third position in Cat D, in Ace interschool held on 28th Dec at Jaypee Wishtown, Runner up Cat D advanced at JTP, Noida Golf Course held on 15th Dec 2017, Third position Cat D, Par 3 ¿ nale Jaypee minicourse Greater Noida. GPJ: How has golf helped you in your day-to-day activity? VM: I have learnt to make new friends because of golf so most of the times I am playing new golfers of my age who I meet for the ¿ rst time. GPJ: Is there any other game/sport you are associated with? VM: I also like playing Tennis GPJ: Your advice to other Junior Golfers. VM: Something that my coach (Monish Bindra) always says - “practice makes permanent”.
