News & Events Women 4 Africa Awards 2013 Words: Khadi Mansaray Images: First Lady Photos The 2013 Women4Africa Awards Ceremony was a grand red carpet event showcasing the best of African women with all the splendour of African royalty. Queen Naa Tsotoo Soyoo of Ghana gave a royal welcome and the inspiring event was hosted by Princess Deun Adedoyin-Solarin. Guest speakers included Sir Paul Judge and the Mayor of Kensington. Speaking with the co founder and organiser Tola Onigbanjo, as well as some of the key personalities from the evening, we are reminded that the African woman is the epitome of strength, beauty and resilience.
