As someone who lives in the Greater
Melbourne region, I’m grateful that I got
away in the van for a few days before
Lockdown 2.0 came into force. One of these
days, all borders around Australia will be
open and we’ll all be travelling freely again,
without fear of being locked out of our home
states, or of being ostracised from certain
communities just for travelling with an RV.
Who knows, we might even go back to
shaking hands and giving welcoming hugs or
cheek-pecks to family and close friends.
Bumping elbows just ain’t the same.
When that time comes, one lucky GoRV

brand new Jayco JTrak TRX tent trailer. Yep –
as you saw on our cover, we have one to give
away and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
This unit is extremely light and easy to tow (I
know because I hitched it up for a test tow), and
setting it up is no more difficult than any other
forward-fold trailer. It comes with a slide-out
rear kitchen, an onboard battery, water tank, a
bit of storage space, and though I haven’t slept
on it, I reckon that mattress is pretty comfortable.
