New South Wales is set to
get a new camper trailer
showroom, Camperact.
Having operated Independent
Trailers, Canberra, for many
years, long-term Track Trailer
dealers Peter and Catherine
Fenwick’s new business will
also include the Bolwell range
(the Edge and Air), a full
range of Pod campers, as
well as the Altitude range of
rear-fold and forward-fold
campers.
The Fenwicks saw a growing
demand for camper trailer
services in the Sydney basin,
and ultimately chose Narellan,
about 60km south-west of
Sydney, as the location for
Camperact, which will house
a 365 square-metre camper
showroom with adjoining
mechanical workshop known
as G Force Automotive.
They have been avid 4WDers
since 1998, having done a Big
Lap with children, crossed the
Simpson Desert, and done
the Anne Beadell Highway
and Canning Stock Route,
and more.
Both have served on the
committee of the Southern
Tablelands 4WD Club for
several years. Peter served as
Canberra Regional Chairman
of 4WD NSW and ACT, then
state president and finally
president and CEO of the
Australian National Four
Wheel Drive Council, the peak
representative body
of 4WD clubs in
Australia.
Camperact
officially opens on
July 1, with the grand
opening on August
5. It is at 1/9 Maxwell
Place, Narellan, NSW.
