Easter is coming, and it’s the perfect time to hit
the road and set-up camp somewhere along the
coast. But just because you’re away from home,
you don’t need to miss out on a traditional Easter
Sunday feast.
BEEF RIB ROAST
METHOD
Make incisions into the roast to insert garlic cloves
and rosemary – this helps to infuse the flavours
into the meat. Place onto a trivet into pre-heated
camp oven. Large roasts will take at least two
hours, small at least one hour. Add veggies at the
half way mark during cooking.
There you have it: a
delicious Sunday roast
for your Easter long
weekend.
