INGREDIENTS/EQUIPMENT 1. Eggs 2. Bread to toast 3. Spring onion 4. Plate 5. Tea cup 6. Pot of boiling water 7. Sriracha sauce (optional) 8. Bread tie 42 gorv.com.au Get a pot of water on the boil and line the teacup with kitchen wrap and crack the egg inside. Drop a small handful of the spring onions on top, along with a dash of Sriracha sauce (optional). Then, grate in some good-quality cheese, and then ‘envelope’ the egg with kitchen wrap, creating a small ‘bag’. Tie it off with a bread tie. Gently put the egg bag in the water and let it poach for about two minutes. Then, with a bit of luck, you’ll have a beautifully cooked, tasty egg to eat with a piece of toast.
