 How to read a nutrition fact label We gave our students different labels of nutritional information of orange jams and packages or rice. The idea was not only to see a frame with numbers and letters, but also what do they all mean. This activity was developed by a group of students with special education needs. That´s why the group of students is smaller and the activity needs to be guided by the teacher. With a nutrition fact frame of orange jam and of rice as examples, we took some labels and learnt how to read and understand all the information contented on it. So we marked the nutrition facts of the products, the composition of the product, the quantity of this product (jam or rice) a person could eat in a healthy way.
