Alessandro and the Olive oil.  Description of the didactic path within the Erasmus+ project.  Short presentation of contents.  Aim and objectives of the path.  Duration  Spaces The project built around olive oil consists of a series of diversified activities, to be carried out during the entire school year, the first of the Erasmus + project. We decided to involve Alessandro as much as possible in all of the class group activities, using for every experience made by the class a way to process a specific path for him, with the fundamental participation of curricular teachers and classmates:        Participation in meetings with experts Participation in field trips Preparation of plasticized images related to the topic and relevant to certain Subjects (Science, Chemistry) Participation in the experience of the Chemistry lab for the analysis of oil acidity Realization of short videos: school outings, lab experiments and presentations (oral tests) by Alessandro on the subject, as in Attachments 2, 3, 4, 5 Teaching operating methods: the teacher, by making use of specially prepared tables, asks him simple questions to which Alessandro responds verbally, but especially by associating the labels with the pictures to the words and vice versa Alessandro’s Erasmus+ Lab  Description of the various stages of the didactic path and instruments used: use of photos, computer, drawings, etc.  Methodology: discussion, peer work, presentation.  Modes of formulation, realisation of tests carried out (written, oral and practical tests), check of results achieved and assessment modes. Stage 1 For each activity / school outing Alessandro was prepared in the preceding days through the story and the graphic representation in sequence of what we would do. Ex.  Tomorrow we will go to the mill  We will take the bus to the mill  Once there, we will listen to the expert and will visit the mill  We will taste the oil, we will have a snack!  We will say goodbye and again we will take the bus back to school.
