He's easy to get along with, and he doesn't demand much. He enjoys hanging out with people and just being Dewey. As any red-blooded Beagle, he loves to use his sniffer. He enjoys romping about checking out all the wonderful smells that the world has to offer. He loves his toys, his treats, and supper time. Beagles were bred to track small game like rabbits, so it is no surprise that Dewey enjoys a good chase after anything that is small and moves fast. For that reason, we recommend that he go to a home without small children or other pets. Jeffrey: This is Jeffrey, a young active guy. Big comfy blankets are his security item, and he also enjoys toys and playing with his human. Jef- frey had a rough kittenhood and needs time to adjust and bond. Quigley: Who could not fall in love with this face? Quigley is a 7 year old American Bulldog mix. He has had all of his vaccinations, including his rabies shot. He tested negative for Heartworm, but did test positive for Lyme's Disease when he first came in. He was immediately treated and is doing great! Quigley has been here since January of 2016. It is time for him to find his forever home. He is a strong guy, so you would need some strength when you take him for a walk. He is dog and cat aggressive, so he would need to be the only animal in the house. He is a very good dog and really needs to find the perfect forever home! Stop by and meet him today, and see if you are the right fit! Lucy: 5 year old Lucy is an independent little girl who is always on the move. She would do best in a home with older kids who will respect her space, and needs to be the only dog. While Lucy is not a big cuddler and prefers not to be hugged, she will jump in your lap for some attention. She will thrive best with someone who is experienced with the Jack Russell breed, and is willing to take the time to let her come to them at her own pace.
