DRIVER STANCE
It’s critical to have the correct ball position and the
correct width of the stance.
The best way to get a consistent ball position in a
driver and all other shots is to ¿ rst join your feet,
open the left foot as much as you want upto two
inches and then open the right foot to make it as
wide as your shoulders. (Pic 1)
The back of the ball should not be just inside the left
heel. The old school of thought was to keep the ball
inside the left heel but the ideal position is about two
inches from inside the left heel. (Pic 2).
