Amardip Sinh Malik is a professional golfer on Indian Tour . He turned pro in 2005 . He plays occasionally on Asian tour .
Ashok Kumar is a professional golfer on Indian Tour . He turned pro in 2002 .
Abhishek Jha is a professional golfer on Indian Tour . He turned pro in 2010 . His current tours are Meena tour and PGTI .
GP : Fitness is really important for a golfer . What is your �tness regime ?
AM : I work really hard towards my �tness . I got injured about �ve years ago that ’ s when I realized the true importance of �tness . In general , people don ’ t associate golf with �tness . Fitness is a key part of golf especially for longevity . I work really hard with my trainer Sandeep Parihar who is based out of Jaypee Greens .
AK : I never do exercise , gym , yoga etc . I just play 18 holes every day and practice daily .
AJ : I exercise daily because there is a lot of stamina needed when you ’ re playing a tournament . I do a lot of training during the off season as well .
GP : What ’ s the strongest part of your game ?
AM : Driving & Irons
AK : I think everything . My short game , long game , driving and putting .

GP : What is your setup routine before each shot ?
AM : I try to visualize the shot shape which I want to hit and look at the point and just go ahead with it .
AK : I just see the target and hit . I trust myself . I don ’ t think much .
AJ : Visualization is the key to the game . I make sure about the proper alignment and then I hit the shot .
GP : What are your goals for the season ?
AM : Just to get more consistent with my short game . I ’ m working hard on it with my coach Mr . Romit Bose . I ’ m trying to get my stroke average from around the green lower than what it is at the moment .
AK : My goal is to play better golf . Every year I set the goal to �nish No . 1 in the PGTI Order of Merit . I ’ ve done it thrice before and will try my best to achieve the feat once again .
AJ : To �nish in the top 10 in this year ’ s PGTI Order of Merit .
GP : If it wasn ’ t golf , what other sport would you have liked to play at a competitive level ?
AM : Tennis AK : Shooting AJ : Cricket GP : How do you take a break from golf ?
AM : I just travel . I love to trek , hike & ride my bike . We have a group for all these activities . So when I take off from golf , it is a complete off .
AK : I go for movies . I spend time with family and friends . I go to water parks . That ’ s how I take a break from golf .
AJ : I take a proper holiday . I spend time with my friends and family .
