More than 400 members of the prestigious Delhi Golf Club participated in the event. Cox & Kings has ventured into golf tourism through a dedicated initiative under the brand name Golf Journeys 360 which is already gaining popularity with the golfing community worldwide. On promotion was Qatar, a new upcoming golf destination with another designer course called the education city golf course being launched in February. Two golf events one in March and another in November 2019 are already planned to be held in Doha. “It is our first endeavour with a tournament like this to realise the long term potential and growth in this game. We are promoting destinations amongst the Indian Golfing community through the Cox & kings Golf Cup with the first event to be held in Doha, Qatar. Winners from events like the one in Delhi Golf Club will be invited to play in Doha. While this is the first in the many such initiatives.
