TATA STEEL PGTI ORDER OF MERIT
PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOUR OF INDIA
CEO’s Message
Uttam Singh Mundy
reetings and best wishes from the
entire team of PGTI.
G
The month of November saw Indians
put up some breathtaking performances on
the Asian Tour while on the TATA Steel
PGTI another youngster broke through to
claim his maiden title.
India’s Shiv Kapur came within snif¿ ng
distance of victory on the Asian Tour for
the second week in succession when he
¿ nished tied second behind Korean teenage
sensation Joohyung Kim at the Panasonic
Open India 2019. Chikkarangappa was the
other Indian to take a
share of second place
at the event played at
the Classic Golf and
Country Club. Indians
Vikrant Chopra and
Veer Ahlawat also
claimed
career-best
¿ nishes of tied ¿ fth and
tied eighth respectively.
The following week
Aman Raj posted a
career-best tied second
at the Sabah Masters.
So,
with
Indians
constantly
knocking
on the doors of victory,
we’re
hopeful
of
witnessing
another
Indian triumph on the international stage
sooner rather than later.
We saw the emergence of a new champion
on the TATA Steel PGTI during the
IndianOil Servo Masters Golf 2019 when
Order of Merit as of Kensville Open 2019 Presented

TATA Steel PGTI saw the resurgence
of the seasoned

comfortable wire-

his 15th title on the
tour. Shamim, not
enjoying the best
of seasons till the
Kensville

is now once again
likely to be a major
contender in the
upcoming events.
We now look
forward to some
high-octane gol¿ ng
