I will start by saying I am proud to be
part of the Lallan Kallan Golf Cup. I
have been with LK for the last five years
and without a doubt, I can say we are
a bunch of highly motivated golfers
with high spirits and fierce competitive
mindset.
The 5th edition of LK Cup was no
exception. Played over two rounds in the
best golf courses in Thailand, Kallans
proved their mettle with their high level
of discipline and some great golfing.
Kudos to them. Lallans had a very
competitive round on the first day with
slight edge over them, but they showed
an outstanding performance on the
final day, Congratulations Team Kallan!
We all have a life outside of golf
too, as we all work and have families.
I would like to urge every L/K member
to appreciate the effort of ladies by
participating in the social events during
our stay here. It was a great golfing trip
and hope to take the 6th edition on a
bigger canvas. LK has always been about competing
with camaraderie, we are extremely
competitive on the course and as soon
as we leave the course it is one unending
party. This trip was no exception; we
partied and competed with equal vigour.
We played 3 of the most beautiful golf
courses and enjoyed them tremendously,
specially the Jack Nicklaus signature
course, a course with mountains, valleys
and a river.
The first day the LallanÊs got the better
of us, but our team fought back with grit,
and as they say rest is history and will be a
part of the LK folklore... we prevailed yet
again. A well contested tournament and I
am happy to say the Kallan Killer instinct
remains intact.
To my team I would like to say „You
guys competed honourably and fought
back with a great resolve, you are the
best!!!‰ To the LallanÊs I say,‰ Well played
guys, we look forward to our next match
and may our rivalry remain healthy
always.‰
