We can't help the embedded instinct to size up people at first
glance and judging them by their appearance. This survival
instinct is rooted in human nature which helped hunters, gatherers,
and fighters to decide at first glimpse if the approaching human or
animal was a friend or foe.

Bigger is not always better. In small groups everyone is visible
and easy to find. I created a blog with a small group of various
genre authors where every author is visible.
