Whether you self-publish or send your manuscript off to a
publisher, setting up your paragraph format before you begin to
write will make everyone's job easier. The text will automatically
indent in a paragraph format, or add spaces between blocks of text
in a block format. When it's time to upload, you'll only have to
format your chapter heads and add your table of contents and front
matter – and away it goes!

As part of the Portsmouth festivities for 2017, collaboration
between writers and film makers would take place. Film makers
were invited to make a film about Portsmouth based on a number
of themes. Writers where invited to choose one film and turn it
into a six minute monologue. I chose the Red Haired Girl. It
seemed strange to stand before a microphone, even stranger to
hear my own voice.
