How do you pick out chic clothes for these photo shoots?

Did you ever want to be a model? If so how do you deal with the fashion world standards?
I’ve never wanted to be a model. But I do really enjoy doing photoshoots!
What is your opinion on all the photo shopping that some magazines do to young girls’ photos to fit the fashion world definition of 'Perfect'?
I believe it does a great disservice to the audience looking at these photos who believe that this is not only a goal they should aspire to, but it’s the norm. We need to start spreading the message that a person who takes cares of their body, loves it and respects it, is a body that is beautiful and that body will come in many different sizes. And absolutely no one is “perfect”.
What is your advice to new actors?
Work hard and stay dedicated. Be prepared to take no after no and do your homework. If you want this to be your profession, be ready to do the work that goes with that. Oh and grow thick skin.
