Storyteller describes versatile artist,
Kylie Hughes. Originally from Cali, she
decided to embark on adventures
take her fans with her. Her decision
turned her into a superstar who came
on the scene in 2014.
Her latest single “Take Me
Anywhere” will remind you of a
romantic home movie and that’s
exactly what she wanted.” I wanted
the video to feel like a home movie
and be different than the other music
video I’ve done.” Her soft vocals and
amazing songwriting fit perfectly as
you follow her journey through Cali’s
most beautiful sights.
“The song was inspired by my
relationship because we seem to
always be traveling and adventuring.”
She explained. We later found out
that the video is a personal one. Her
fiancé is the camera man behind the
camera. “it just seemed natural to
document those intimate road trips
we always take.” She also explained
that 90% of her music is personal and
1% is from a writing session.
Giving the concept of the video I just
had to ask what place was she
obsessed with that she has not seen.
“I have recently been obsessed with
Japan. So, that is on the bucket list
for sure because I think it would be
so inspiring and culture shocking.”
